Please don't tell me I'm the only one who's seen this guy? He stands about 5'2", dark complexion, and is always heavily clothed regardless of the temperature. To be quite honest with you, he scares the shit out of me. He has a very determined walk, sometimes talking to himself. For some reason, he opts to walk in the street opposed to walking on the sidewalks. It is not uncommon to see him with a walking stick, or a cow tail. Yes...the tail of a cow, or some sort of animal.
I've been seeing him on a consistent basis after lunch. For fear of having my head shrunk, I've avoided eye contact with this guy. Today, I grew a pair of balls and risked my life. I got pics of him...

I've seen him many times! A little after 7:00 each morning, that man stands in the Giant parking lot across from the Metro. He eats a banana, while holding it up in the air and ranting and raving about... something. I never have gotten close enough to understand what he's saying. When he is finished with his rant, he throws the banana peel onto the ground and storms away. This is a regular event.
NO WAY!!! I saw him on my bus yesterday morning when I got on, (I'm coming from the Fairland area of Silver Spring.) I've seen him many times besides yesterday, he travels around the Silver Spring area quite a bit!
Can't say I've seen this dude, but I'll keep my eyes peeled for him.

He's usually talking about the Bible and usually carrying one. I see him some mornings around E-W Hwy and Georgia Ave.
