Hmmm...What's going on at Morgan Blvd?

iMetro sources are telling me that trains are not stopping at Morgan Blvd, in either direction on the blue line. According to my source, the operator announced that the train would not be stopping here at Capitol Heights, and repeated this announcement at Addison Road. As the train went throught the platform at Morgan Blvd, it was completely empty...as if the station was evacuated.

I wonder what's going on? What if its because all of the elevators and escalators there are out of service...wouldn't that be a trip!!?!!

If you know something, let us know and post up in the comment section here!

Well Metroman, yesterday was my wierdest day on metro. At about 20:15, a train pulled into Metro Center on the New Carrolton/Largo bound track but only the first two cars emerged from the tunnel. They were dark and the windows were also cloudy so it was difficult to see inside.
Then, two transit police officers came out of the train with assault rifles. They waited for a guy to place a metal ramp from the train to the platform. Then two metal containers were loaded onto the platform and wheeled deeper into the tunnel. The officers waited at the door to the train. I thought about taking a picture of it for you, but my train had just arrived so I decided it might be prudent to photograph the assault rifle carrying officers from the train, but by the time I reached a discreet vantage point, the guys who wheeled out the container were collecting the ramp and everyone boarded that train which had the remaining 4 cars properly lit with signs displaying "NO PASSENGERS" while I was left staring and thinking "WTF, Metro?" Maybe you can get us some info?
