Acceptance Speech...

Last weekend I was presented with this e-honor from G.Mo, author of "Life in the Chocolate City". Thanks for the nomination! And also, thanks for the numerous time's you've come thru with the animated .gifs I've used on iMetro. FOLKS, if you need tickets to sporting events, concerts, performances, etc. G.Mo is the guy to go to. Numerous times I've emailed him about tickets, and NOT ONCE has he NOT been able to fullfill a ticket request. You want it, he's got it...or can get you in touch with someone that does!

There is a set of rules that come with this award. They are as follows...

1 - When you receive the prize you must write a post showing it, together with the name of who has given it to you and link them back.

2 - Choose a minimum of 7 blogs that you find brilliant in their content or design.

The author of this blog is not only a friend of mine, but she is a certified "pursologist". LOL..she is THE REASON my blog exists. I would talk to her in instant messenger and tell her "ya know..I should create a blog about the stuff that I see riding the metro...it's crazy!" She immediately replied "DO IT!!!" I told her my name would be Metroman...and that's where it all began! LOL!!!

2. "Yeah...I said it"

Listentoleon.net LOL...I've met Leon a while back. Hell..I've even seen him on the metro at silve spring. He's a funny dude, with a funny blog! Nuff said!

3. "Silver Spring Daily Photo"

While it was sad to see this blog go inactive, it was really great to see so many different facets of Silver Spring.

4. "Who Invented Roses"

A great all around blog that touches on various subjects. I've read some great e-true stories here...LOL

5. "Herb of DC"

Always good for a laugh...

6. "Dee Does The District"

Insteresting musings of life as a teacher.

7. "Anything!"

Which constantly makes me wonder if my IT people are reading this....I'm nervous! lol
